Mark left school with minimal qualifications and started his working life at McDonald's, before joining Lloyds Bank in data processing. His route into business was built on work, study and making the most of opportunities along the way.
While working full-time, he spent eight years at night school, earning a first-class honours degree and an MBA. That determination took him from his early jobs to founding and growing successful technology businesses.
He founded Certus Solutions, which pioneered Oracle Cloud applications across the UK and Ireland before its acquisition by Accenture in 2018. He later established a multi award-winning Sunday Times 100 Welsh technology company, based in Newport.
Having moved to Wales 20 years ago, Mark is passionate about giving back to the place he calls home. His own experience has shaped his belief that talent deserves a chance, whatever someone's starting point.
Through MASANAS, Mark puts that experience into practice: helping Welsh entrepreneurs grow their businesses and supporting community projects that give young people the confidence and opportunities to succeed.

Natalie is a founder of MASANAS and acts as Brand Ambassador and representative for the company. An experienced professional and former Civil Servant, Natalie has had an extensive career in HR and Recruitment where she championed a multi award-winning Sunday Times 100 Welsh technology company Graduate and Apprenticeship programme with the University of South Wales.
Head of Finance
Tracy leads Finance operations for both MASANAS and a multi award-winning Sunday Times 100 Welsh technology company. A proven finance leader in her own right, with a focus on business operations, specifically tax and cashflow management. Tracy is also MASANAS's Company Secretary.

Steph leads the MASANAS brand and communications strategy, sharing the stories of the people, businesses and community projects the organisation supports and brings extensive marketing experience across the Welsh tech sector.
