MASANAS is the philanthropic venture arm of the Sweeny family, founded by Mark and Natalie Sweeny, championing Wales through entrepreneurial advisory, business support, strategic investment, and community projects. Built on decades of entrepreneurial success, we combine practical expertise, strategic guidance and investment to help ambitious people and businesses realise their potential.
Alongside this, we support community projects that help young people build confidence, develop skills and broaden their horizons.

The People Behind MASANAS
Natalie Sweeny
Founder, Director & Brand Ambassador
Natalie is a founder of MASANAS and acts as Brand Ambassador and representative for the company. An experienced professional and former Civil Servant, Natalie has had an extensive career in HR and Recruitment where she championed a multi award-winning Sunday Times 100 Welsh technology company Graduate and Apprenticeship programme with the University of South Wales.
Tracy Stephenson
Head of Finance
Tracy leads Finance operations for both MASANAS and a multi award-winning Sunday Times 100 Welsh technology company. A proven finance leader in her own right, with a focus on business operations, specifically tax and cashflow management. Tracy is also MASANAS's Company Secretary.
