Mark is an award-winning entrepreneur who has founded and grown successful businesses. Through MASANAS, he shares his experience and strategic insight to champion entrepreneurial talent, support ambitious businesses and help create lasting opportunities across Wales.
Founder, Director & Brand Ambassador
Natalie is a founder of MASANAS and acts as Brand Ambassador and representative for the company. An experienced professional and former Civil Servant, Natalie has had an extensive career in HR and Recruitment where she championed a multi award-winning Sunday Times 100 Welsh technology company Graduate and Apprenticeship programme with the University of South Wales.
Head of Finance
Tracy leads Finance operations for both MASANAS and a multi award-winning Sunday Times 100 Welsh technology company. A proven finance leader in her own right, with a focus on business operations, specifically tax and cashflow management. Tracy is also MASANAS's Company Secretary.
Head of Marketing & Digital Content
Steph leads the MASANAS brand and communications strategy, sharing the stories of the people, businesses and community projects the organisation supports and brings extensive marketing experience across the Welsh tech sector.
